Northside Bulldogs is dedicated to uplifting youth through character building, leadership skills, and community service. Our mission is to create a safer, cleaner, and more connected North Minneapolis by fostering pride and responsibility among young people.

📍50 Blocks Cleaned
Our youth crews have cleared litter and debris across Northside neighborhoods, keeping streets clean and safe for everyone.
🚰300 + Drains Adopted
We maintain storm drains year-round to prevent flooding and protect our environment.
🔥 200 Fire Hydrants Cleared
Even in the cold months, our teams ensure hydrants remain accessible for safety and emergency response.
📚 20 Book Reports Each Week
During winter, youth stay active through reading and reflection, completing an average of 20 book reports weekly to strengthen literacy and life skills.
Together, these efforts teach accountability, teamwork, and pride in community care. Every number tells a story of leadership, service, and love for Northside. 🤎
Empowering Northside Youth Through Leadership and Community Service
Led by Coach Mike “Talley” Tate, the Northside Bulldogs are a trusted force in North Minneapolis. Parents rely on us, neighbors welcome us, and city leaders recognize our impact. Through partnerships with the City of Minneapolis and other community allies, we’ve helped drive real progress, including advocacy for the $45 million North Commons Park renovation.
We believe in structured love, showing up every week, no matter the weather, and creating lifelong lessons from small acts of service. Together, we are shaping young people who understand that giving back is how we move forward. ✊🏾
