At Northside Bulldogs, everything we do centers on community, consistency, and care. We believe one hour of service can spark a lifetime of leadership. Our programs teach youth that giving back isn’t just something you do; it’s who you become.
One Hour of Service
Each Saturday, youth meet at North Commons Park for one hour of community service. They clean streets, clear storm drains, and care for local spaces while earning a small stipend and words of encouragement.
Leadership & Literacy
Youth complete reading activities, reflections, and book reports to strengthen their voice, confidence, and communication skills.
Mentorship & Life Skills
Through connection and consistency, our youth learn accountability, teamwork, and how to turn challenges into growth.
Empowering Northside Youth through Leadership and Service
Northside Bulldogs strengthens North Minneapolis by teaching youth leadership, service, and community pride. We create safe spaces where young people can learn responsibility, teamwork, and the power of giving back.
Youth Leadership Development
We build leaders through mentorship and structured activities that teach discipline, accountability, and confidence. Youth learn to lead with integrity and serve with heart, gaining skills that carry into every part of life.
Community Clean-Up Initiatives
